MR. ABID SAYEED
 Mr. Abid Sayeed has been with Pakistan Paper Products Limited since 1995, where he was later appointed as Chief Executive by the Board of Directors in the year 2005. He has been serving on the Board of Pakistan Paper Products Limited for more than twenty years. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Management and Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd (an Associate Company). Under his inspirational leadership, professional approach and operational management skills, the company has undergone numerous upgrades and developments. As a Chief Executive of Pakistan Paper Products Limited, he oversees all areas of management including production, sales & distribution, finance & marketing, and expansion and acquisitions. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kenyon College-USA.

MR. ABBAS SAYEED
Mr. Abbas Sayeed is a non-executive director of the company. He is on the Board of Pakistan Paper Products Limited since 1981. He is a graduate in business and commerce, and has more than 35 years of experience of commercial and trading business. He has vast knowledge and exposure of the local and international market in the area of packaging and industrial automation. He has played an instrumental role in the development and growth of the company. Mr. Abbas Sayeed was also on the Board of HB Sayeed (Pvt) Ltd for 13 years. He is also on the Board of Management and Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd an associate company. He is now the CEO of Sayeed International, a leading supplier and solution provider for a wide range of packaging and industrial automation solutions, being a well reputed supplier to almost all leading local and Multination companies in Pakistan.

DR. ASADULLAH SAYEED
Dr. Asadullah Sayeed is an economist by profession. He is currently Director of Collective for Social Science Research (Pvt) Ltd. in Karachi. He is also a Research Fellow at the Institute of Development and Economic Alternatives (IDEAS), Lahore. He has been a non-executive Director of Pakistan Paper Products since 2002. He is also on the Board of Management & Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd an associate company. He is on the Board of Advisors at the Foundation Open Society Institute of Pakistan (FOSIP) since 2009 also. Dr. Sayeed has also served on the Board of Directors of the Hyderabad Electric Supply Corporation (HESCO) from 2011 to 2013. Dr. Asadullah Sayeed has also successfully completed the Corporate Governance and Leadership Skills (CGLS) conducted by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) in September 2015. Dr. Sayeed has a Ph.D and Master’s Degree from University of Cambridge, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree from Lawrence University, USA.

MRS. MULEIKA SAYEED
Mrs. Muleika Sayeed has been associated with Pakistan Paper Products Limited since 1995 as her husband (Late) Mr. Hashim B. Sayeed was the founder of the company. She was elected to the Board of PPP as non-executive director in 1995 and has been a member of the Board since that time. She is also the Chief Executive of Management and Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd (an Associate Company). She participates in CSR and philanthropic activities and has been involved in the running of a charitable organization called the The ABSA School and college for the Deaf for the last thirty five years and has served two terms as President of the School. Mrs. Sayeed received her­­­ Bachelor of Arts ­­degree from the University of Karachi.
